Summary
The Regional Events Coordinator supports planning, coordination, and execution of in-store events and regional initiatives across the West Region. This role partners with store teams, regional leadership, client relations, and corporate partners to deliver brand-aligned client experiences and support commercial priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional and store-level events in alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives
- Manage the regional events calendar and support budget tracking
- Develop and support new event concepts with store teams
- Handle operational aspects including documentation, invitations, vendor management, and on-site execution
- Provide on-site support for high-profile events as required
- Support VIP gifting initiatives and collaborate with client relations teams
- Track, consolidate, and report event performance and post-event feedback
- Support additional retail projects in partnership with the regional team
Requirements
- Experience in event coordination, retail, hospitality, or client experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Detail-oriented with high standards for execution and presentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
- Client-centric mindset with passion for brand storytelling and experiential excellence
- Flexibility to travel and support events during evenings and weekends
