Summary
The Regional Manager leads boutiques within an assigned territory, accountable for team and sales performance, P&L, operational excellence, compliance with policies and procedures, and delivering luxury retail client service and journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop talent through recruiting, hiring, succession planning and store team structure coordination.
- Create and execute boutique and network business plans, marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and grow the customer base.
- Manage sales performance, KPI goals, CRM development and client management across boutiques.
- Ensure operational procedures and policies are implemented reflecting brand standards.
- Partner with cross functional teams including Visual Merchandising, Finance and E-Commerce to support boutique operations.
- Oversee new store openings including hiring and operational system development.
- Coach, develop and motivate teams with regular touchpoints both virtually and in person.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, shrink control and effective use of POS and inventory systems.
- Provide business reports and execute action plans to meet company KPI targets.
Requirements
- College or university degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of multi store management experience.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L and retail metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to develop talent and succession plans.
- Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems.
- Fluency in English with strong written reporting ability.
- Ability to analyze data and perform retail math and market analysis.
