Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead and support the Cartier North America retail network in all aspects of the business, aiming to deliver operational excellence and provide exceptional experiences for both internal and external clients.

• Foster a collaborative retail environment and develop new hire onboarding programs.
• Support corporate strategic initiatives through regular boutique staff operational trainings.
• Partner with Boutique Management to develop operational roles and manage performance processes.
• Plan and execute Regional Operations Seminars and build relationships with the Retail Corporate Network.
• Partner with Regional VP and Retail Corporate Team to define and execute corporate initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and feedback of boutique projects with Retail Corporate Team.
• Lead and execute key actions for boutique renovations and pilot programs.
• Support day-to-day boutique operations and act as a liaison with Cartier Corporate Departments.
• Manage key operational KPIs and develop action plans to deliver excellence.
• Optimize smart staffing and zoning to build effective team schedules.
• Propose and develop streamlined and cost-effective external vendor relationships.
• Identify opportunities to create operational efficiencies and execute initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits and oversee annual inventory execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required; finance background is a plus.
• 5-7 years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Availability to travel for boutique projects and special events.
• Strong leadership skills and comfort dealing with senior management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
