Responsibilities- Manage the SAP function, including creating vendor payments and processing invoices.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stores, and LV finance corporate partners.
- Manage administrative responsibilities for the regional office.
- Support the Regional Vice President with calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and special projects.
- Assist with regional projects, initiatives, and events.
- Support the organization and execution of operational projects such as store renovations, store openings, and inventory initiatives.
- Support the Director of Operations on operational objectives as needed.
- Work with the operations team to ensure stores are within budget and manage expenses.
- Monitor and maintain the office facility, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain communication with property management.
Requirements- Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and support store needs, including occasional travel and flexible scheduling.
