Summary

Provide fast, friendly customer service on the sales floor and at the register while maintaining an organized and attractive shopping environment. Assist customers with fitting room needs, share promotions and programs, and support inventory and merchandising tasks to keep the sales floor runway ready.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them to fitting rooms, manage returns to the sales floor
• Operate cash register and complete sales transactions accurately
• Inform customers about events, gift cards, and rewards program
• Organize stockrooms and complete inventory processes
• Ticket merchandise and ensure accurate check in of items
• Re-merchandise and straighten the sales floor throughout the day
• Handle merchandise including lifting and moving stock as needed
