Seasonal Store Support - Lingerie - Woodfield Shopping Center

Summary

Seasonal store support team member in a lingerie department providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, assisting with sales, returns and order fulfillment while maintaining the sales floor and cash wrap. The role requires flexibility to support other store areas and a focus on product knowledge and customer relationships. Physical stamina and comfort with frequent movement and lifting are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions
• Maintain a quick and pleasant service experience by listening to customer needs
• Keep the department runway ready by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Stay current on fashion trends and product information to assist customers
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and rewards
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow through and problem solving abilities
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capacity for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
