Summary
Provide seasonal in-store support for the men's apparel department delivering excellent customer service at the point of sale, assisting with transactions, order fulfillment and maintaining a runway ready sales floor in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
- Listen to customer needs and provide product guidance based on fashion trends
- Keep the department runway ready by straightening, light cleaning and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor
- Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
- Build customer relationships by informing them about events gift cards and rewards program
- Prioritize multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced environment
- Perform continuous movement including bending twisting squatting and reaching during shifts
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and follow through
- Problem solving ability and customer focused mindset
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
