Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager at Fresh, you will lead and develop a team across the Eastern region, driving sales and brand awareness in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom stores. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, executing innovative events, and fostering strong relationships with store personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales and Education Account Executives and sales specialists.
  • Achieve sales goals in assigned stores throughout the territory.
  • Plan and execute strategies to drive business and brand awareness.
  • Conduct in-store trainings in line with brand expectations.
  • Create customized in-store strategies using company reports and tools.
  • Establish strong relationships with store personnel and management.
  • Handle in-store training for new product launches and core product categories.
  • Recruit, direct, and evaluate Selling Specialists.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Manage schedule and travel effectively.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Experience in Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta environments.
  • Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work remotely and meet physical requirements of the role.
