Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager, Account Development at Chanel, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic account-specific support to our Multi-Brand Retail partners. You will lead key wholesale accounts and manage our image and business within our Retailer partner network, focusing on both online and offline channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short and long-term strategic plans for specified Retailer accounts.
  • Act as the primary interface with corporate account partners, including buyers and digital merchants.
  • Oversee and negotiate e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities to enhance Chanel's market-share and client loyalty.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate business opportunities and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Create targeted programs with retailers and optimize future business models.
  • Develop a seasonal omni-channel marketing account strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with accounts.
  • Create presentations for both external and internal teams.
  • Facilitate alignment between internal cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Direct account management and negotiation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present opportunities.
  • Ability to travel for market weeks and account visits.
  • Digital expertise in site merchandising and digital tactics is a plus.
