Summary
Lead strategic business planning and operational execution for a defined network of luxury boutiques in the Northern region. Act as a key business partner to drive performance through data informed decisions, people development, and customer centric leadership while ensuring alignment with brand standards and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead budget and B+2 planning and assess headcount allocations.
- Oversee performance across nine boutiques and implement action plans.
- Recruit develop and inspire a high performing retail leadership team.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide hands on support during peak periods.
- Manage product availability merchandising and visual standards.
- Facilitate onboarding and coaching for Store Directors.
- Partner with HR on succession planning talent reviews and leadership recruitment.
- Use data analysis to create actionable growth plans and share best practices.
- Represent the brand at events and resolve client escalations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail leadership experience preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong strategic planning financial and business analysis skills.
- Proven ability to lead develop and motivate multi site teams.
- Experience in merchandising buying and retail operations.
- Excellent interpersonal written verbal and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data driven decision making.
- Willingness to travel approximately 45-50 percent domestically and internationally.
- Ability to lift push carry and pull 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
