SummaryThe Repair Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of service orders within Repair Services and supporting departments. This role involves managing the workflow of a small team to drive operational success through reporting, planning, analysis, and project participation. The coordinator acts as a liaison between various departments to support service level agreements with clients.
Responsibilities- Proactively organize daily workflow and provide guidance to the Processor Team to ensure timely movement of repair orders.
- Work with Senior Specialists, Lead Technicians, and Management across different departments to resolve order issues and questions promptly.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the Processor Team and other client-facing teams regarding workflow inquiries and order locations.
- Consistently review and analyze inventory reports to ensure correct work movement and address areas of concern immediately.
- Develop and maintain reports to provide insight into volume and service performance.
- Analyze production and workflow data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements.
- Participate in special projects and provide coverage during absences of Repair Services Representatives.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed.
Requirements- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and Vlookup.
- Detail-oriented and extremely well-organized.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional writing abilities.
- Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in operations, technical, or luxury retail environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Business Objects, JD Edwards, and the AS400 system preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
