Residential Trade Leader

Summary

The Residential Trade Leader grows and leads the interior design trade business within the Gallery. This role delivers elevated service to trade clients, develops a successful team, and partners with Gallery leadership to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service and product expertise to RH Trade clientele.
• Lead, educate, and inspire a team dedicated to interior design trade customers.
• Develop trade business strategies with the Gallery Leader and oversee projects of varying size and scope.
• Build client relationships through consultations, Gallery tours, site visits, project development, and coordination of services and installations.
• Collaborate across teams and ensure fiscal goals are achieved.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-end interior design showroom, luxury retailer, or design firm.
• Established relationships within the interior design and trade community.
• Proven leadership, organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Salesforce or another CRM.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and travel locally or out of state.
