Summary
The Retail and Wholesale Marketing Coordinator supports implementation of seasonal retail and wholesale marketing plans to elevate brand image, drive traffic and sales, and create a cohesive omni-channel customer experience. This role partners cross functionally with retail, wholesale, e-commerce and events teams to deliver marketing assets, manage calendars and streamline operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of 360 marketing plans for retail and wholesale channels.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across retail and wholesale placements and partner materials.
- Provide on the ground support for markets, tradeshows, conclaves and in-store events as needed.
- Manage CRF timelines and submission processes to streamline operations.
- Maintain 12-month retail and wholesale marketing calendars and ensure alignment with product deliveries.
- Support budget tracking and help maintain co op media trackers and actualized placements.
- Process and reconcile invoices and expenses related to retail and wholesale marketing tactics.
- Compile and standardize reporting and recaps for retail and wholesale performance and campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with store managers, mall marketing teams and wholesale field sales to evaluate opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in wholesale marketing with luxury retail experience required.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, COUNTIFs and INDEX MATCH.
- Digital and social media competency with understanding of digital KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and initiative with attention to detail.
- Collaborative project management style and ability to work cross functionally.
- Experience with budget tracking and management.
- Four year college degree required.
