Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor, assisting customers with purchases, returns and inquiries while maintaining a polished and organized store environment. Support various store operations including order fulfillment and pickup while staying informed on fashion trends and store programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions at checkout
• Deliver friendly efficient customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up processes as needed
• Share information about store programs such as gift cards and rewards
• Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
