Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized service to drive sales
• Operate point of sale and process transactions accurately
• Maintain merchandise presentation and assist with visual standards
• Support stock, fulfillment, and inventory tasks
• Assist with holiday shop operations during peak seasons
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless service experience

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and merchandising
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across departments
• Available to attend in person interview at the store location
