Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor for women's apparel. Assist customers with purchases, returns and inquiries while maintaining a polished sales environment and supporting other store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales and returns
• Deliver friendly knowledgeable customer service and recommend products
• Keep cash wrap and sales floor organized tidy and runway ready
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up operations
• Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge
• Build customer relationships and share information about gift cards and rewards
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced retail environment
