Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor for a designer women’s apparel store. Support customers with transactions, returns and product questions while maintaining a polished sales environment and assisting with order fulfillment and pickup.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales and returns
• Deliver friendly knowledgeable customer service and help with purchase decisions
• Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor including straightening restocking and light cleaning
• Support order fulfillment and order pickup processes
• Inform customers about promotions gift cards and the rewards program
• Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to keep the department runway ready
