As a Retail Cashier and Sales Floor Support at Perimeter Mall, you will be an enthusiastic and energetic team member, providing exceptional customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor. You will assist customers with transactions, returns, and inquiries, while maintaining a vibrant and organized shopping environment.

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a quick, easy, and enjoyable service experience by understanding customer needs and sharing your passion for fashion.
• Contribute to keeping the department "runway ready" by straightening, cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed about key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, gift cards, and rewards programs.
• Support other areas of the store, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
