Summary
Part Time Client Advisor responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards in the Short Hills shop located within Bloomingdale's.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communication.
- Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, and store presentation standards.
- Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
- Adhere to store and company procedures and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment working with high-end goods.
- Experience with clientele-oriented sales and delivering exceptional service.
- Availability for open scheduling based on business needs, including seven day a week operation.
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain store standards and perform operational tasks.
