- Create and implement store learning and coaching plans with individual targets.
- Lead by example and support a culture of coaching and feedback.
- Partner with store leadership to structure and participate in motivational learning moments and training sessions.
- Ensure the full execution of the retail training strategy and assess the impact of learning initiatives.
Requirements- 5 years of training and development experience in the luxury brand or service industry.
- Retail leadership experience with a proven track record in effective coaching.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and remain composed in all circumstances.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed.
- Preferred qualifications include GIA certification and jewelry industry experience.
