Job Description

Summary

As a Retail Coach at Tiffany & Co. in Vancouver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales and service standards across the market. You will partner with store leaders and retail teams to ensure the consistent demonstration of brand behaviors and the development of leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach teams to maintain high sales and service standards.
  • Ensure the development of leadership skills within the team to confidently lead and develop retail teams.
  • Create knowledgeable Tiffany Brand Ambassadors with a strategic approach to selling and client development.
  • Monitor and observe daily client interactions, providing feedback to improve client experience and selling skills.
  • Identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.
  • Create and implement store learning and coaching plans with individual targets.
  • Lead by example and support a culture of coaching and feedback.
  • Partner with store leadership to structure and participate in motivational learning moments and training sessions.
  • Ensure the full execution of the retail training strategy and assess the impact of learning initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5 years of training and development experience in the luxury brand or service industry.
  • Retail leadership experience with a proven track record in effective coaching.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and remain composed in all circumstances.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed.
  • Preferred qualifications include GIA certification and jewelry industry experience.
