Summary
Regional role focused on improving in-store presence and brand visibility across the East Region through visual merchandising, trade marketing, and team leadership. The position partners with sales and marketing teams to define store strategies, set targets, analyze KPIs, and drive sell-out performance while supporting top accounts and developing talent.
Responsibilities
- Improve distribution quality by enhancing in-store presence and brand visibility in the East Region
- Partner with top accounts to increase sell-out performance and revenue growth
- Define store lists, action plans, and objectives with Head of Sales and regional teams
- Create and implement activity plans such as visual merchandising, training, and trunk shows
- Analyze KPIs for in-store specialists and provide insights and action plans
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing, and Training teams for execution
- Conduct regular visits to top locations and support in-store specialists
- Monitor sell-in sell-out and inventory data to assess performance and identify opportunities
- Lead coach and motivate the regional team and manage travel and expense budget
Requirements
- Proven experience in trade marketing retail marketing visual merchandising or related field
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in eyewear apparel fashion luxury or cosmetics
- Ability to travel up to 70 percent and field based availability
- Strong negotiation communication and customer relationship skills
- Analytical problem solving skills and proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Mature self motivated positive attitude and target focused mindset
- Experience presenting imaginative marketing solutions and storytelling
- Proactivity and commitment to excellence in execution
