Summary

The Retail Fulfillment team member supports store operations by receiving and processing merchandise and fulfilling customer orders. This role helps provide a positive customer experience through accurate, timely work and an organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Help maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store needs such as events, markdowns, backroom organization, and fixture moves.

Requirements
