Retail Operations Coordinator

As a Retail Operations Coordinator at Montblanc in New York, you will play a crucial role in supporting our network of 27 boutiques. You will work closely with the Retail Operations Director to achieve sales, strategic objectives, and operational excellence.

• Procure POS materials and fulfill monthly requests from the Boutique network.
• Manage invoicing of Boutique services in collaboration with Finance.
• Facilitate omnichannel order flow and manage uniform allocations for retail staff.
• Support new store openings and renovations, liaising with cross-functional teams and local vendors.
• Track and communicate incentive updates to the boutique network.
• Manage maintenance projects and service programs to ensure high standards.
• Support Retail teams in execution of maintenance and service processes.
• Handle special projects as needed.

• Prior experience working in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Superior organizational and follow-up skills.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deescalate issues.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Fluent in English.
