Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on product fit and selection
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty programs
- Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, and execute price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready presentation of the department
- Collaborate with team members and support other departments when needed
- Be flexible to work varied hours and schedules based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours per shift and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
