Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide honest confident feedback to customers about style and fit
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team and support other departments as needed
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology to drive sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including varied hours
- Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, and handle merchandise including lifting up to 25 pounds
