Summary

The Salesperson provides personalized service and styling advice while building customer relationships both in-store and digitally. This role works toward sales goals and helps keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and share product knowledge.
• Maintain the department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and completing light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support customers across departments as needed.
