Provide fashion-focused sales and styling support for accessories customers in-store and digitally. Build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and share product knowledge.
• Maintain the department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and cleaning.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and flexibly support other departments as needed.
