Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store. They set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media, while providing expert styling advice and excellent customer service. The role also supports department readiness through merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and occasional cross-department duties.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and grow lasting customer relationships and open new rewards accounts
• Provide honest, confident feedback about style and fit and deliver exceptional customer service
• Use selling tools such as texting and social media to engage customers
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Be flexible to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
• Interest and ability to use networking, technology, and social tools to achieve sales goals
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical capability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and regular lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
