Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback about style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and help keep the department clean and customer ready.
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require.
