Summary

The Retail Sales Associate helps customers find products and styling solutions while building lasting customer relationships. The role supports sales goals through in-store and digital selling and helps maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including the use of text and social media tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and styling guidance, and develop product knowledge.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and completing markdowns and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Interest in fashion, networking, and technology, and ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule.
