• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.

• Develop fashion and product knowledge and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and help maintain a clean department.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.
