Summary

Provide exceptional fashion-focused service by selling accessories both in-store and digitally, cultivating lasting customer relationships and meeting sales goals. Use social and text channels alongside in-person selling to grow your customer following and Nordstrom Rewards accounts. Maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising, stocking, and pricing while working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide style and fit guidance with honest, confident feedback
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
