Summary

The Salesperson helps customers find products that fit their style while building lasting relationships and growing a customer following in-store and digitally. The role combines customer service and sales with maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and style and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work with the team to keep the department customer-ready through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed.

• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical requirements, including continuous movement and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
