Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales on the retail floor through in-store and digital selling. Use product knowledge and styling skills to build lasting customer relationships and grow the customer following. Maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment while working a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels using tools like text and social media
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selections
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns
• Assist customers across departments as needed and collaborate with the team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use technology for selling
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds
