Retail Sales Associate

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds strong client relationships, and achieves sales targets while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge of eyewear and related features. The role supports omnichannel customer experiences and assists with minor repairs and adjustments in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, trends, warranties, and optical add-ons.
• Build and maintain client relationships with follow-up communication.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house organized and visually appealing.
• Provide seamless omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or eyewear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system preferred.
