Join a luxury eyewear brand as a Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Build and maintain client relationships and perform follow-up communication.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back of house areas.
- Support omnichannel customer experiences between online and in-store platforms.
- Stay current on product knowledge, brand warranties and optical add-on features.
- Adhere to brand policies and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship ability.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred.
