Summary

Provide exceptional sales and styling service for designer men's apparel, cultivating and growing a customer following both in-store and digitally while meeting sales goals and maintaining the department presentation.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide honest confident feedback on style and fit
• Assist with filling orders stocking re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexible varied schedules and occasionally support other departments
• Keep the department customer ready with light cleaning and organization
