Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Use texting and social media to engage customers and drive sales
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling and fit guidance with honest product feedback
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Occasionally assist and perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
