Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote customer loyalty
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
- Work as part of a team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Be flexible with varying hours and schedules based on business needs
