Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain customer relationships and grow customer following
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Provide confident and honest style and fit recommendations
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Execute price markdowns and perform light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
