Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales for kids apparel and shoes, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use selling tools to grow customer following and drive sales
• Keep department customer ready by filling orders and stocking
• Perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain product presentation
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
