The Retail Sales Associate helps customers find kids' apparel and shoes through knowledgeable, personalized service. The role builds customer relationships and achieves sales goals through both in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest guidance on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and, as needed, perform duties in other departments.
