Summary

Provide fashion-focused customer service and styling support in the Kids' Apparel and Shoes department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide styling and fit feedback, and share product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and completing markdowns.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts and flexibly support other departments as needed.
