Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using text and social media tools
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer following
• Provide honest, confident style and fit guidance and deliver excellent customer service
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and foster repeat business; be flexible to assist in other departments as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Interest and ability to use networking and technology, including social media, to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• Physical capability for continuous movement (6-8 hours), frequent bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
