Summary

The Salesperson supports kids' apparel and shoes customers through styling advice and service in-store and digitally. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, building customer relationships, and maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful style and fit feedback.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly, including occasional duties in other departments.

• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
