Provide fashion-focused sales and styling assistance in the Kids' Apparel and Shoes department. Build lasting customer relationships and support sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
- Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and deliver service tailored to customers' needs.
- Develop product and fashion knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
- Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
- Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.
Requirements
