Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services in a retail environment, building customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions while supporting department operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals using in-store and digital tools such as text and social media.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a customer ready department.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays.
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning as needed.
• Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or lingerie fitting preferred.
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work with digital sales tools.
• Team oriented and able to perform merchandising and stocking tasks.
• Willingness to learn through provided training programs.
• Ability to perform light cleaning and physical tasks required for the role.
