Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and cultivate a customer following
• Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on product fit and selection
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty program participation
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns and light cleaning
• Fill customer orders and ensure the department is customer ready
• Work flexible hours and vary schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
