Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending proper size and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a customer ready department
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning tasks
- Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
