Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with sales and returns at checkout
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by restocking and light cleaning
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up processes
• Stay knowledgeable about fashion trends and store products to assist customers
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and rewards
• Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced environment
